Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is in its original condition, complete, and with its original packaging intact.
The withdrawal notice must be sent via email to eshop@optronics.gr, including our invoice number.
The return must be made at the customer's expense within 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal notice is sent. Once we receive the returned product and confirm it is in its original condition, complete, and in its unopened packaging, we will issue a refund for the corresponding amount within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
Order Cancellation
Orders that have not yet been processed (invoiced) may be cancelled by notifying us via email at eshop@optronics.gr.
Return of Defective Products
If a customer wishes to return a product they believe to be defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival), they must notify our Technical Department by email at support@optronics.gr within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, describing the issue. All products reported as defective or DOA are subject to inspection by our Technical Department. Products must be returned to our company at the customer's cost and risk for technical inspection.
If the product is confirmed to be defective or DOA, the shipping cost to our company will be credited.
If our Technical Department determines that the product is not defective or DOA, we will contact you to arrange return of the product at your cost and risk, using the method you prefer.
If the product is covered under manufacturer warranty, our company, at its discretion, may choose to repair or replace it.
If the product is not covered by warranty and you wish to proceed with a repair, our Technical Department will provide a repair cost estimate.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
We do our best to regularly restock our items. If a product is marked as “Out of Stock,” it may become available again soon. We recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page or checking back regularly.
